Meet BRAD ANDERSOHN

Brad has been serving the Real Estate Industry for over 19 years. He has provided value added services to his clients which consist of Realtors, Lenders, Banks, Builders, Attorneys, Appraisers and Brokers. Developing programs, products, and tools to help his clients with their business is his greatest strength. Brad currently heads up the Real Estate Support Services Department in Hawaii. Marketing and support services are his main focus. Supporting technology and creating innovative programs sets Brad apart from others. He is self motivated, enthusiastic, and has a sincere desire to provide customer service beyond his clients greatest expectations. His work ethic is second to none. When Brad was the Chairperson of the Solano Association of Realtors "Technology Committee" in California, the motto of the committee was to create and deliver a safe and friendly environment for the Real Estate Industry, and other professionals, to come share and learn the "ever-changing" technology that is available. Brad still practices and promotes that motto today!

In addition to his responsibilities as a speaker, trainer, and technology guru, Brad is a musician, song-writer, and producer, and performer. He is currently working on his solo album entitled, "Search & Rescue" in honor of his vision of a world-wide ministry.

In his spare time, Brad runs the Okinawa Kenpo Karate Kobudo Dojo located on base at the Kaneohe Marine Corps in Hawaii. Brad currently holds the rank of Nidan (2nd Degree) and has 25 years of training experience in the martial arts. He was certified and promoted by Sensei Paul Ortino Jr. and the Master of Okinawa Kenpo, Seikichi Odo on May 27th, 1985. visit: paulortino.com or okinawakenpo.com.

MARTIAL ARTS BIOGRAPHY

Brad Andersohn joined Sensei Paul Ortino Jr. under the Red Dragon System in March of 1980. Brad worked his way through the system to achieve the rank of 5^th Kyu. Ortino Sensei made the decision to join the Okinawa Kenpo Karate Kobudo Federation in 1982. Brad stayed with Ortino Sensei until he received his Shodan certified by Master Odo on May 27^th, 1985. Brad was ranked #3 in Kumite and #2 in Kata for the State of Hawaii in 1984. Brad was also a member of the Hawaii Karate Congress in good standing. In August of 1985, Brad and his family relocated to California until October of 2003. Upon his return to Hawaii, Brad reunited with Ortino Sensei and received his Nidan promotion on May 9^th, 2004. Brad currently runs the Kaneohe Dojo on the Marine Corps Base MCBH. Sensei Brad still trains with Ortino Sensei 1 to 2 times per week. Sensei Brad hopes to relocate one day back to the mainland once again, to open yet another school under the OKKK. Brad is currently a certified Nidan by the Hawaii Karate Kodanshakai, an elite group of teachers and top instructors chaired by Sensei Bobbie Lowe and President, Sensei James Miyaji. Brad also produced and engineered the first ever, volume 1 of 4, Okinawa Kenpo Karate Kobudo – Dharma Ryu Dojo DVD, available in stores like KC Martial Arts and online at PaulOrtino.com or Brads Karate Website. MUSICAL CAREER
Brad owns the Recording studio (Outback Studio) in Kailua Hawaii, where he writes and produces all his own materials. He and his wife Debra play on the "New Hope Windward" worship team. Brad is always looking for new ways to advance his team and congregation to the next Level. He is also the originator of the "Search and Rescue" ministry, a longtime vision of a world wide non-profit evangelistic mission to "Search and Rescue" new believers!

FAMILY
Brad resides in Hawaii with his Loving wife Debra, and their youngest son Brandon. Their two other boys Sean and Dustin live in the mainland. Brad's life motto is," One never knows the road in which God has placed him or her to travel, so, continue to seek his will, make a difference in the world, and most of all, enjoy the journey!"
